Well, it’s another boring day around the old homestead known as the call center. Can you believe that I’ve been working the past month without a supervisor? Believe it, it’s true. It couldn’t be better, no pressure. But the pressure will begin when Client H arrives next month (I cannot release the true name of Client H for security purposes), and I’ll start getting monitored out the eyeballs for quality. I have a good feeling about it however, I’ve kept my head above water for the most part the last month and a half on the phone, there’s no reason why I can’t continue to do so.

As for my love life, not much to report at this time. Some guy hit on me Sunday night, but he’s a little bit too old for me. Oh well, that’s the way the cookie crumbles I guess. Maybe I’ll find someone soon, or maybe Mr. X will rekindle what we might still have, I’d rather have the latter.

  1. I dunno when you’ll get a chance to read this, but you think working a month without a supervisor is bad. I didn’t have a boss for 6 months when my original boss was fired. It took 6 whole months to get a replacement. Best 6 months at the hospital, ever. 🙂

And as far as age differences go, don’t let it get to you too much. Ages are just a number.
